To keep one’s body fit and relaxed, some bodywork out is really important. So, when do you exercise: morning or evening? Ask this question to people and you will get different answers. Yes, though most prefer morning workouts, many others think that it depends upon one’s daily time schedule.

With the changing working scenario, those who attend office in the night shift don’t get time in the morning and prefer to exercise in the morning and vice versa. It does not matter, when you exercise, the important thing is that exercise is must for everyone. A brisk walk or some body workout keeps one’s body fit and strong. So, do exercise regularly as a neural hormone called endorphins is secreted naturally during workouts and keep one’s mind refreshed.
