What causes Stress.

Stress is a funny syndrome, what one person can be really stressful about might not be even a blink of an eye for someone else. I would say Stress is relative. Between me and my brother we have a lot of variances in how we deal with stress. I am the more relaxed guy in some cases. When we were in high school (he is 2 yrs elder than me) we ended up taking my dad’s 69 chevy and rammed it into a wood fence, the whole front bumber and the hood got a sound beating. The car was beyond recovery at that point. Then my brother almost choked to death, not because he got hit physically, but because he was scared to face dad, and was stressed out. I was totally calm,  I should have been the one to be scared, I was the one who was driving. But I was calm and was not at all stressed out. The next 5 days were a living hell for my brother, until my dad returned and forgave us.

Well there are the opposites of this story too, when I was started working at an Accounting firm as a data entry person, I was carrying a lot of stress, the fear of me messing up the entries was way too much for me. I was taking the stress with me where ever I went. I had to quit the job just cause it was way too much for me to handle. My brother who was working for the same company, 2 years earlier had no issues at all handling the job.  Call it a strange case of relativity or just a mind set on how you take things.
