Prepare a soothing bath salt for body aches!

Never heard of bath salts ?Well they are these really nifty creations used to soothe aches and pains , soothe the body as well as stress and tensions.

Here is a common recipe for bath salts which you can easily use to make your basic recipe .Add additional ingredients to change the basic fragrance and get a different feel to the bath salt.

2 cups Epsom salts
2 cups baking powder,
2 cups of common sea salt.

Epsom salt draws toxins from the skin and soothes the nervous system, while  baking soda neutralizes acids and soothes  perspiration burns. Sea salt helps to act like a scrub as well as clean out the pores of your skin.

You can add lemon essential oil to get lemon bath salts,  or add half a cup of sugar, half a teaspoon cinnamon, half a teaspoon nutmeg and half a teaspoon of ginger to get a sugar and spice bathsalt.
