Life is hell with PMS
Posted by hazel on Nov 29, 2007 in Womens Health • No commentsWhat am I talking about? Are there days when you just don’t feel like getting up? The whole world is against you. Every one in your life is try to torture you! No one understands you.
You wonder,” Why do I have to survive? I’ve don’t my duty to my parents. I’ve done my duty to my husband .I’ve given him a beautiful son. Is there going to be any end to my responsibilities? Do I ever get a chance to do my thing? How many family responsibilities are going to be foisted up on me? And for what reason?”
Welcome to the world of the woman and the monthly curse which is PMS. Forgive the whining and whingeing but PMS drives me crazy. Fluctuating moods, general weepiness, alternating with snarling anger, a general feeling of being filled with water, and absurd food cravings. There are over 150 complaints which can appear as PMS symptoms in women.
I hate women and being born a woman. Is there any one out there who has something to help PMS.
PLEASE don’t tell me anti-depressants work. Been there and done that, didn’t work! I’ve been trying the following to control the vicious mood swings which happen, (unfortunately hubby seems to be getting the brunt of my anger and weepiness), but I don’t think it really worked. Please let me know if it works for you,
- Chromium supplements supposed to help with the bloating and mood swings.
- Strict diet control with sugar substitutes to prevent mood swings.
- Reduced salt in the diet which can cause salt retention and weight gain.
