Fat and loving it?

Well yes its a shape all right! but I guess deep down you do know that is not a healthy shape, right! Researchers have already proved that obesity is one of the reasons of major health conditions and you’ve got to admit that the extra weigh is not really attractive.
A healthy body is where you are not too thin or too fat for your body weight.And how do you find that out ?Very simple!Researchers have for long used a formula called as Basal Metabolic weight to calculate the correct weight for your body. The formula goes something like this-
BMI-Your weight in kilos divided by twice your height in meters
The result if divided into three criteria-
- 18.5-25 indicates a healthy body weight.
- below 18.5 indicates lesser bodyweight than normal
- More than 25 indicates obesity
So go ahead get your BMI calculated and find out in which range you fall.
